She is a master at helping people others say YES to themselves, destroy the NOISE getting in their way, and create an accountability plan to help them realize the dreams they have for themselves.
Candy’s diverse and expansive leadership experience (nearly 20 years in Corporate America, with companies like Landis & Gyr (Siemens division), Johnson Controls, GE Healthcare, and Northwestern Mutual) has provided her with extensive tools to help grow business professionals and future leaders, build exceptional, high-performing teams, and catapult individuals to a level of superhero status.
After going through her own personal and professional assessment, Candy made the decision to leave the corporate world in order to give her full attention to building out her own dream and purpose. You will find that she is passionate about serving others and providing people with the tools they need to truly empower themselves.
In addition to running her own business, Candy also serves as a trainer for the Certified Coaches Fed- eration (CCF), a business coach for Texas Women in Business, and an Executive Director for the Pub- lic Speakers Association. She was named a VIP Woman of the Year by the National Association of Pro- fessional Women (NAPW) and also volunteers by giving time in her community.
She is a change agent who advocates empowerment, leadership and social responsibility. Candy lives in Austin, TX, with her puppy, Payton (who is the love of her life), and loves to spend her free time out- doors hiking, kayaking, or paddle boarding.
